New Protector 410 Chase ready to be shipped to Italy

We recently shipped one of these awesome vessels all the way to Italy, via a second-time Protector customer who needed a yacht tender. 

 

The ultimate yachting tender

 

The Protector range (and the 410 Chase in particular) are built to be versatile. They’re ideal for long-range exploring, cruising, serious fishing and diving, family boating and watersports - but they’re truly perfect as yacht tenders for users who want the best. 

 

This vessel was designed personally by Lyndsay Turner, Protector’s International Sales & Marketing Director, to meet the client’s exact requirements:

 

“This boat was designed from its hull up as a high performing yachting tender. It’s got full teak flooring throughout, triple helm seats, triple screens and a wet bar with a fridge and hot/cold water.”

 

Tough luxury

 

The Protector 410 Chase has already arrived in Italy and our client will no doubt be on the water shortly. The boat features everything you’d expect from a Protector vessel, including a hull built for performance and stability, plus a huge amount of deck space:

 

“We also added a space for dive bottle storage underneath the sun bed, leaving plenty of room on deck. There’s teak flooring on the sole and aft boarding platforms, with flush teak hatches,” Lyndsay said. 

 

“It’s got custom blue tubes, which look great. We also added a silver fern, which is actually a French Fern, but we think it has a nice synergy with the NZ silver fern.”

 

The cherry on top of this impressive machine are the twin Mercury V10 400 hp engines, giving the boat a total of 800 horsepower:

 

“It’s definitely powerful enough to get you from A to B,” Lyndsay laughs.
