When you buy one of our boats, you become a part of the Rayglass family. That means we don’t disappear after you pick up your vessel, our commitment to service extends for years after your purchase.
BECOMING A PART OF THE RAYGLASS FAMILY
Time spent on your new Rayglass should be the most fun you’ve ever had on water. To make sure that’s the case we keep our door and our phone lines open should you need:
- Advice about servicing, use and cleaning your boat.
- To track down a spare part.
- A professional to service and maintain your boat for you.
- Tips on fishing, swimming and exploring in the Hauraki Gulf and beyond.
We aim to ensure that owning your boat is easy and stress-free so you can focus on having fun and spending time with family and friends. If you do have an issue with your boat, or even if you just need a hand getting used to it, you’re always welcome to drop in to our Mt Wellington showroom for a chat with one of our boating experts.
ONE-STOP SHOP FOR AFTER PURCHASE CARE
Your boat will last longer and perform better if it’s serviced correctly. To make that as easy as possible for you, Rayglass has an inhouse service team with over a century of combined experience.
This means that when you buy, you can lock in a service date and either:
- Bring your boat in for a service, or,
- Stay where you are and let our mobile technicians come to you, from the Coromandel to Whangarei.
Our service team prides themselves on being the best in the business, and no problem is too big or small for them to solve.
We treat our customers like family because we’re passionate about boating and truly believe in the vessels we build. Our mission is to help spread that passion and get you out there enjoying yourself on the water as much as possible.
